At Altima RTA & RTI Cabinets, we take pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our Return, Refund, Delivery, and Pickup Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unassembled, and in original packaging.
  • Custom-made, special order, or clearance items are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Please inspect all products upon delivery or pickup.
  • Any damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours with photos for verification.
  • Approved damaged/defective items will be replaced or refunded at no cost.

Restocking Fee:

  • Returns not related to damages/defects may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.


Refund Process:

  • Once a return is approved and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Delivery Options

We proudly offer delivery up to 160 km from our showroom.

Within 50 km from our showroom:

  • Orders over $1500 – FREE DELIVERY
  • Orders under $1500 – $50 flat fee

Over 50 km up to 100 km:

  • Orders over $1500 – FREE DELIVERY
  • Orders under $1500 – $200 delivery fee

Over 100 km up to 150 km:

  • Minimum order $2000 – $400 delivery fee
