Returns and Exchange Policy:
- All products must be inspected at the time of pickup or delivery. Any visible damage must be reported immediately and noted before the item leaves our warehouse or before signing the delivery acknowledgment. Claims not reported on the spot will not be accepted.
• Vanities (custom or prefabricated) are eligible for exchange or refund only in the case of manufacturing defect or transit damage reported at pickup or within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
• Kitchen cabinets, including RTA and RTI cabinets, may be exchanged or replaced only for confirmed manufacturing defects or transit damage. Customers are solely responsible for verifying measurements, quantities, specifications, and ordering accuracy prior to purchase. Orders placed incorrectly by the customer are not eligible for refund or exchange.
• Faucets, plumbing fixtures, and related accessories are eligible for exchange or refund only if defective or damaged at the time of receipt. If a customer changes their mind regarding color, finish, or style after the order has left the warehouse, a restocking fee of 25%–30% will apply. Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging in the same condition as received.
• Interior doors (solid core, hollow, fire-rated) may be returned or exchanged only if in original condition with no cutting, drilling, painting, or modification. Restocking fees will apply. Special-order or custom-sized doors are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Custom cabinet doors and all made-to-order millwork items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once specifications are approved and production has commenced, no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be permitted. Clients are fully responsible for confirming dimensions, profiles, finishes, hinge boring, and all related specifications prior to production.
• Opened, assembled, installed, or modified products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
• All damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
• Labor, installation costs, third-party expenses, delays, or consequential damages are not covered.
• Restocking fees may range between 15% and 30% depending on the product category and supplier terms.
• By placing an order with RTA & RTI Cabinets, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

Refund Process:
- Once a return is approved and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
