Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup.
- Items must be in their original condition, unassembled, and in original packaging.
- Custom-made, special order, or clearance items are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- Please inspect all products upon delivery or pickup.
- Any damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours with photos for verification.
- Approved damaged/defective items will be replaced or refunded at no cost.
Restocking Fee:
- Returns not related to damages/defects may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
Refund Process:
- Once a return is approved and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
