Shipping & Delivery Policy

Pick Up

Many of our products are available for same-day or next-day pickup from our showroom.
To confirm availability, please contact our team prior to visiting. We’ll be happy to assist with pickup scheduling and preparation.

Pickup Guidelines:

  • Please bring your order confirmation and valid ID.

  • Items must be inspected and signed off at the time of pickup.

  • Ensure your vehicle is suitable for transporting large or heavy items safely.

  • We are not responsible for damage that occurs during customer transport.

Delivery

We proudly offer local delivery services for RTA & RTI cabinets and related products, including vanities, shower doors, faucets, and accessories — directly to your door.
Our delivery service covers up to 160 km from our showroom.

Delivery Rates:

For deliveries beyond 160 km, please contact us for a custom quote.

Delivery Timeline

  • Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on product availability and delivery location.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or logistical constraints.

  • Customers will receive a confirmation call or email before delivery.

Delivery Conditions

  • Deliveries are to the main door or ground level only.

  • The delivery area must be accessible by dolly or hand truck.

  • Please ensure pathways are clear before delivery.

  • Additional handling fees may apply for difficult access areas or apartment deliveries.

  • Tiles, flooring, or oversized quantities may incur additional charges due to weight or handling requirements.

Inspection Upon Delivery

We strongly recommend inspecting your order upon delivery or pickup.
Any damages, missing parts, or defects must be reported on the same day to info@rtaandrticabinets.ca with supporting photos.
Claims made after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Important Notes

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

  • Custom orders, sale items, or special-order products are final sale and not eligible for return once shipped.

  • RTA & RTI Cabinets is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers or factors beyond our control.
